The conference organiser has reserved rooms for participants of the DGRM Annual Meeting in the following hotels. These are located nearby the congress venue (Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus). The mentioned conditions are only available if the booking will be realised via the official online registration form or by e-mail info@kitdresden.de (if you are already registered for the conference). This can be found within chapter "Registration and Fees" at this homepage. 

An early reservation is recommended due to other big events in Berlin at the same time as the DGRM Annual Meeting.

The above mentioned prices are per night and include breakfast as well as German VAT.

The prices for each hotel are per night and include breakfast as well as German VAT. The hotel reservation can be done with the online-registration for the conference or by writing an e-mail to info@kitdresden.de. You will receive a written confirmation of reservation from K.I.T.. All costs for accommodation, breakfast and other services need to be paid directly at the hotel. All accommodation changes and cancellations must be made in writing through K.I.T. (info@kitdresden.de). Cancellations until six weeks before arrival are exempted from cancellation fees. Afterwards, free cancellations are not possible. For hotel reservations, the terms and conditions of the particular hotel are binding additionally.
