The registration is only possible at this conference homepage. Please use the corresponding online registration-form.

The conference fees (DGRM-members, non-members, students and day-tickets) include access to the scientific programme, congress material, refreshments and coffee breaks during all conference days as well as attendance at the welcome reception. The accompanying person fee includes the attendance at the welcome reception as well as access to the break- and exhibition area in the Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus.
The K.I.T. GmbH Dresden collects conference fees on behalf of the German Society of Legal Medicine.

Terms and Conditions of the K.I.T. GmbH Dresden

Participation
Registration is possible by using the online registration form. The registration for the conference is binding. K.I.T. is authorized to act on behalf of the organizer.
Each participant will receive a written confirmation of registration/invoice from K.I.T. Registration fees have to be paid until the due date mentioned within the invoice. The payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer. Any bank charges have to be paid by the remitter. If congress fees are not be paid until the beginning of the conference, they need to be paid on-site in cash or by credit card. Cheques cannot be accepted.

Cancellation policy:
Written cancellation received by July 31^st, 2010: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee).
Written cancellation received after July 31^st, 2010: No refund.

All changes and cancellations must be communicated to K.I.T. in writing only.

Insurance
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organizers cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference functions or the get together. Participants are advised to take out appropriate travel and health insurance themselves. 

Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction
Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction is Dresden. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is binding. 

Terms and conditions for hotel reservations
The price for each hotel are per night and include breakfast as well as German VAT. The hotel reservation can be done with the online-registration for the conference or by writing an e-mail to info@kitdresden.de. You will receive a written confirmation of reservation from K.I.T. All costs for accommodation, breakfast and other services need to be paid directly at the hotel. All accommodation changes and cancellations must be made in writing through K.I.T. (info@kitdresden.de). Cancellations until six weeks before arrival are exempted from cancellation fees. Afterwards, free cancellations are not possible. For hotel reservations, the terms and conditions of the particular hotel are binding additionally.

Terms and conditions for social programme
The booking of tickets for gala dinner and tours are binding.
The tour registration is possible until August 25^th, 2010 (later bookings on request). The minimum attendance for all tours is 20 people. If the minimum attendance will not be achieved, K.I.T. will reserve to cancel the tour. Cancellations of tours until August 25^th, 2010 are free of charge. For later cancellations a fee of 80% of the tour price will be invoiced.
Free cancellations of gala dinner tickets are possible until July 31^st, 2010. Afterwards, a refunding is not acceptable; respectively tickets need to be paid completely.
